The CCP enables employers to hire and reskill mid-career individuals into new, growth-oriented roles through structured on-the-job training. Available in three modes: Place-and-Train, Attach-and-Train, and Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling.

Higher funding for mature workers aged 40 and above
Eligible under SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) for additional subsidies
